Festival Park

Festival Park is a veritable family playground of artistic activity during this year’s Darwin Festival - August 9-26, 2012.

Once again it’s home to our tropical big top, The Lighthouse, which has had a revamp and will be dazzling for 16 nights of incredible music, comedy and circus under the stars. Don’t miss the Festival’s must-see entertainment extravaganza La Soirée, which is taking up residence in The Lighthouse for the run of the Festival.

Our outdoor Festival Park stage will be the hotspot for local and live music. Kick back with family and friends and enjoy our hot August nights with unplugged and unpretentious tunes from some great Territory talent. From indie to mariachi and everything in between, there’ll be plenty of music to keep you coming back night after night.

And for the youngsters Festival Park is the headquarters for fun and adventure, with a whole range of performances and interactive activities designed especially for families.
